EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL PLAN CHECKLIST
The following items should be incorporated, with respect to specific site conditions, in an

SITE DRAINAGE FEATURES
Submit a drainage basin delineation map for existing and planned storm drainage.

Show the size, location, inverts and type of material for all existing and proposed
culverts and storm drains.
Show the details for all storm drainage structures
Submit the design calculations and the construction details for the culver
ts and storm
drain systems (include existing and planned calculations for catch basins & inlets)
Submit the design calculations, construction details, cross sections and methods of
stabilization of the existing and planned channels, show temporary
required on the plans.
Submit the design calculations and construction details for the energy dissipaters
below the culverts and storm sewer outlets (for rip
rap aprons, include stone sizes
(diameters) and apron dimensions).
Submit calculations for slope stabilization.
Design calculations and construction details to control groundwater, i.e. seeps, high
water table, etc.

be considered as part of the land

professional in erosion and sedimentation control, registered land surveyors or
grading at your own risk without it
