Also specializes in well drilling, completion, work

over/coil tubing/ stimulation,
fractioning/Acidizing, well services, well maintenance, process maintenance,

RESP
ONSIBILITIES AS A
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

1.

Responsible f
or carrying out daily activities in the facilities, including
management of chemicals and diesel, flow lines pigging plan, export line
pigging, gas line pigging; ensuring availability of required resources , good

way communication and team work to perf
orm the job safe.

2.

Fully responsible for the efficient and safe running of all the equipments
within PPF and wellheads, ensuring that all parameters and reading are
being taken and properly recorded and archived as per the procedures.

3.

Responsible to face
and take necessary corrective actions against
emergencies and process upsets, fluctuation, leaks, power failure and
instrument air failure, pump failure etc.

4.

To liaise with the PPF maintenance supervisor to schedule maintenance
and inspection programmed wi
th down turn in production nomination.

5.

To liaise with subcontractor/client department to carryout necessary well
testing and data acquisition program.

6.

Prevent wax formation by injection the right chemical with the right rate,
maintain heat as required.

7.

Pr
epare the daily, weekly and monthly operation reports

8.

Ensure as an Area Authority, that the permit to work system is
appropriately implemented.

9.

Ensure that the control room operator monitors and controls process and
well production rates, as determined by
the procedures and
management.

10.

Reviews the diagnosis made by the operators over instrumentation and
mechanical departments corrective actions and monitors the follow
-
up.
Also diagnoses and indentifies malfunctions.

Maintains and supervises the smooth running of the ff. process
facilities, manifold, test separator, production separator, Heater Treater,
water skimmer, fuel gas scrubber, HP and LP flares, sump tank, re

tank etc. (temperature and pressure gauges very

injection of filtered water using sea water lift pump,
coarse strainers, media filters deaerator, booster pumps and LP pumps

RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN ASSISTANT DRILLER/ DRILLER

Review with the driller, tools pusher and client various aspect of the well
program and it requirements.



Pre

plan the equipment, materials and proper sequence of constructing the
we
ll from start to finish and obtain approvals of plan from tool pusher and
client.



Inspect drilling unit and ensure compliance with all regulatory body
requirement.



Conducts a pre
-
spud meeting with all drill crew members to outline the
details of the well p
rogram and prepares each work team member for the
task ahead.



Assist and supervises all drill crew members in performing maintenance and
equipment safety checks on the drilling system as needed.



Direct drilling crew in the repositioning of the derrick
sub
-
structure and
related drilling equipment over the next well jacket.



Assist the driller to make up the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) and stands
the drill collars back to the derrick.



Assist the driller to run the hoisting equipment while driving surface ca
sing.



Direct the nippling up of the annular preventer diverter.



Direct installation of bell nipple and flow line assembly.



Help to monitor all pertinent drilling instruments.



Assist the driller to operate the rig hoisting equipment, rotary table, along
with supervising the drill crew in connecting and running various tools and
equipment necessary to construct the well bore as per client drilling
program.



Pipe tally and Bottom Hole Assembly {BHA} logs.
