Rogers, MN

Direct Digital Controls, Inc., a building automation and energy management
systems provider, has announced that it is changing its name to

and relocating to a
new, larger facility in Rogers, Minnesota. The decision to adopt a new name was made to
communicate the company’s continued goal of making building automation technology more
intuitiv

friendly for the people that implement, use and benefit from it. The new
facility will bring jobs to the local community and accommodate the company’s growing
operations.

The transition to the new name and facility are both expected to be fina
lized by February 1,
2013. According to the company, the new name is intended to better communicate the
company’s goal of making it easier to benefit from building automation technology. The
combination of “Humera” and “Tech” signifies a connection between

people and technology.
