Brian Francis, Deputy Executive Director, commented on the Board and industry working together to

ensure proper regulation of home automation. Mr. Gonzales continued leading the open discussion
between the board and attendees.

aged the attendees to work together to get the best result for the industry.

Gonzales, Program Manager, highlighted the comments received. Stanley Briars commented
on the
meeting. George Ferrie, Director of Compliance, thanked David Gonzales for facilitating the discussion.
Bill Kuntz, Exuecitve Director, thanked the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors Advisory
Board for taking the time to attend the mee
ting and hear the issues discussed to gain a better
understanding of the agenda items. Mr. Kuntz also thanked David Gonzales and informed the Board that
the next Advisory Board Meeting will on September 19, 2012.
