Black & Veatch Field CMs walk the site with CCI to identify Out Of Scope (OOS) work

Return documentation (including photos to substantiate the work) to Russell Mix with Overland
Contracting


OOS form is
emailed with electronic CCI signature in .pdf format


Identify construction option (per sector)


Option 1

Preferred

CDMA Antennas from two 4 foot to one 6 foot (one CDMA & one NV)



Add MMBS (Samsung battery unit)



Add RRU (L2
-
800) and two 1900 cables
to NV Antenna



Need next day trouble ticket



Bills at base scope + $2500


Option 2


Warm Swap Solutions



Remove 4 foot antenna and install on 6 foot NV antenna



Connect 2 cables to 1900 port on antenna to LTE RRU



Connect 2 cables to 800 port



EBTS
= RFDS



Need trouble ticket



Bills at base scope + 2 MOB charges


Option 3


Hot Swap (least preferred)



Remove 4 foot antenna and replace with 6 foot NV antenna



Recable from all equipment to new 6 foot antenna



Requires a Night Time Trouble Tickets



Bills at $23,940


Submit bid for Warm Swap solution by checking the Hot Swap “YES” box on bid form


Submit bid for Hot Swap solution by checking the Hot Swap “YES” box on bid form
