DJ left mid J

of

Here Come the Goodies

by Kev

Hello all. The
upcoming

club meeting will see the dispersal of Sky and Telescope logo item penlights!
That’s
right; every current paid member in good standing will get one. And j
ust in time for my program
on AL certificates. It can
be a great joy r
evisiting our journals, and recalling the triumphs of our observations (wow…so that’s M51) to the agonies
of our defeats (sky transparency of 0 due to the hundred and fifty billion percent humidity that just rolled in

). It is also a
good way to keep trac
k
of the

development of your observational skills, and can be a great way of sharing experiences
with others.

So, after the meeting, start that journal you’ve been thinking about, armed with your new penlight!
Again,
anything you guys want in the news le
tter, please email
vitozilla@hotmail.com
.
We are always looking for stuff to

share
with other club members;
this is your astronomy club!
