Astral Vision and Projection
at The Sanctuary
-

Aaron Leitch

In this workshop I will share my own technique for shifting your awareness from the physical into the astral
body.

It is

simple, natural and safe (and, again, likely something you've already done in the past).

Plus, this
technique has been scientifically proven in

laboratory "virtual reality" experiments.

(We, of course, will achieve the
same ends without computer a
ssistance.)

I normally tell students to give themselves a month or more with this
technique to achieve success, but many report results within just a few days or even hours. Bring a notebook and pen
to take notes!

Meditation Basics:

The Methods of Calm
-
Abiding Meditation
at The Sanctuary
-

Aaron Leitch

Calm abiding meditation is no easy task, as the untruly child
-
like mind would rather not sit in perfect silence. There
are worries and stress, hopes and dreams, plans to consider, past events to mull over and a host of other thoughts the
mind would rather
chase after. However, to achieve success in later meditations, or even magick, it is first necessary
to bring that unruly mind under control. This workshop will cover techniques for relaxing the body, gently bringing
the mind under control and naturally en
tering the deep meditative state. You may bring a blanket or mat and/ or
pillow if you would like to lay down
-

especially for the body relaxation techniques. Make sure to bring a notebook
and pen to take notes!

making our own image of the Goddess using materials provided. No artistic experience necessary!

This wor
kshop will give you an idea of what is going on at the drum circle by what is being played, right from the
start the drum circle will follow a distinct pattern with a few variations and have three distinct shifts of drumming.
We will discuss and go over so
me of the rhythms that you can use to integrate yourself into the circle regardless of
your drumming skill level. Maybe this will be the year you stay up and be a part of “3rd Shift Drumming” which
starts around 3am and is very different from the rest.
