and brief statements regarding OU policies that are of primary relevance to students

course conduct, objectives, and evaluation.

learning activities, which are structured to help students achieve the

Dave Thompson, Ph.D.,
is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology,
University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also serves as Associate
Director of the department’s
Bioinformatics and Data Management center. He teaches courses in applied linear statistical models, outcomes
research, and longitudinal data analysis. His research interests include longitudinal data analysis and latent class
a
nalysis. He is part of a team at the OUHSC that is developing workshops in evidence
-
based health care. He
provides research design and statistical support to a variety of projects in public health and clinical medicine.
