Warren
is Managing Director

of the Kent County Road Commission where he has worked
for
the past 24 years.

Since 2004, Steve has represented the County Road Association of Michigan
(CRAM)
on

the Transportation Asset Management Council

(TAMC)
.


Prior to joining the Road Commission, Steve was Director of the Metropolitan Transportation
Planning Organization for the Grand Rapids area and also worked as the Transportation Planner
with the Northwe
st Regional Plann
ing Commission in Traverse City
.


Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, with a specialization in Transportation, from
Michigan State University where he also received his Bachelor of Science Degree.

She is responsible for working on
planning issues at both region and local municipal level.

She is responsible for working with local
officials/planning commissions in developing community and transportation plans, and makes
recommendations for creating new strategies for improvising transportation services, in
cooperation with the regional trans
portation strategy for the
MDOT Bay Region
.

Anamika’s

projects include Pavement Analysis (PASER) for all the federal aid roads in the
region, preparation of maps and reports using that data,

anagement planning,
preparation and administration of recr
eation grants
. She also

ons and public works department, and contributes to

related studies and plans.

, where he oversees
the Bridge
Design

of MDOT’s capital bridge program, bridge asset
management, and bridge load rating
. They also
provide

support and liaison to
MDOT’s
seven
r
egions and Lansing
b
ureaus for all bridge
development issues.

Since joining MDOT in 1987,
Dave

has worked as a bridge designer, structural research engineer,
and bridge operations engineer. He has been serving in his current position since 2011.

A graduate of Michigan Technological University,
Dave

advises the
TAMC
’s Bridge Committee
and serves on
the National Transportation Research Board (TRB) Structures Maintenance
Committee, and on several AASHTO committees and subcommittees that deal with bridge
management, evaluation, rehabilitation, preservation and research.

Townsend
has been at the Washtenaw County Road Commission for 26 years. As the
Managing Director he oversees all operations, financial and engineering activities.
He

also meets
with local e
lected officials to discuss road funding options and to look for ways to improve the
revenue stream for activities at the Road Commission.

is the Director of

and has served in that position since 2006.

He is engaged in
all aspects of transportation in
Michigan.

He is the 2013 Vice Chair of the TRB Executive
Committee, on which he has been a member since 2004.

He chairs the SHRP 2 Oversight
Committee for TRB.

He was President of AASHTO
from

2011

to 20

and is a member of the
AASHTO Executive Committee.

He is the 2013 Vice Chair for Board of Directors of the Intelligent
Transportation Society of America (ITSA).

He also serves on the Board of the Engineering Society
of Detroit, and is Chair of the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute (U
MTRI)
Advisory Board.


Kirk
is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University (LTU), where he received a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Construction Engineering and is also on the LTU College of Engineering
Advisory Board.

In 2012, he was inducted into LTU
’s Engineering Hall of Fame.
