HowToPlaceTheClassFile






Using NetBeans

1.

Create a new project called “Question1” (here “Quest1”),
and find the folder for it on your
computer (usually in MyDocuments, NetBeansProjects).

2.

Copy the TestClass.java file into the src folder (see below).


3.

In Q
uestion1 (called Quest1 here) folder create a new folder called “
c
lasses” (
or any other
similar name, but
NOT to be confused with the classes folder in the build folder (see above).

4.

Copy the .class file into this “classes” folder.


5.

Now go back to NetBean
s and right
-
click on the Libraries folder, choose

Add JAR/Folder
option and point to the newly created “classes folder.


6.

Copy the Database into the Question1/Quest1 folder (root of the project, see below)



7.

Compile the TestClass.java file and run.
