The following chart shows the results of SET visits, which is a measure of fidelity of implementation. An outside
observer
visits each school to interview staff and students and observe the visibility of PBIS in the school. The
green bars reflect schools that had SET visits prior to implementation of PBIS (most often during their first year of
training) and the blue bar refl
ects SET data collected after implementation. The goal is to have the blue bars at
80% or higher.

Ruby Payne’s Framework of Poverty:

One
presentation on Ruby Payne’s Framework of Poverty was done for the staff of the Fort Dodge Public Library.



IS3 Grant:


Five high schools participated in the administration of the Safe and Supportive Schools student, parent
and staff surveys. Two schools

(East Greene and Armstrong
-
Ringsted) qualified for funding through the
grant. Jefferson
-
Scranton High School is also included due to a whole
-
grade sharing agreement with East
Greene. These schools are supported by a 1.0 FTE Learning Supports Consultant an
d a .5 FTE Data
Consultant.
