Objective of this award is to recognis

related activities of an entity
in the oil and
gas sector which has
contributed significantly to the
exploration and production industry of
India.

Application process

All applications/nominations must be
submitted using the prescribed
application
forms.

Applicants are required to provide
information for the year under review of
the award or earlier years as specified.
The performance of an applicant during
the financial year (between 1st April to
31st March) would be considered for the
awards evalu
ation e.g. For PetroFed
Awards 2013, performance during
Financial Year 2012
-
13 would be
considered.


Application/nomination in multiple

knowledge partner providing support to
PetroFed,

Awards Committee

the Jury.



Applicants are requested to specifically
identify in the applications, any
confidential information they have
furnished for due treatment by PetroFed
and agencies or individuals associated
with these awards evaluation. All other
information r
eceived will be treated as fit
for dissemination as needed by PetroFed
for its activities.



Evaluation

Each award description includes the
“minimum number of entries”. Each
award
category
needs to necessarily
receive those minimum specified number
of ent
ries for further evaluation. In case
minimum number of entries is not
received for that award
category
by the
cut
-
off time, PetroFed reserves the right
for not evaluating and awarding that
award category.

For the purpose of evaluation of
quantitative param
eters, best applicant
against specified parameter shall score
maximum and be considered datum for
comparison for other entries unless
otherwise stated against the parameter
except for few specified parameters as
per approved scheme of PetroFed.

As a gener
al principle it is decided that
there is no negative marking.

Evaluation of qualitative parameters is
subject to the judgment of
the
Award
s

Committee and the Jury.

The decision of the Jury for selection of a
particular awardee will be final and
binding an
d can not be appealed in any
court of law.

Applicants are advised to limit the
description within the word limit
specified against each qualitative
parameter.
