JIT supports a number of wide ranging and complex change and improvement
programmes which require consistent communication and wide ranging
networking and shared learning
within and between multi
-
sectoral groups across
Scotland (i.e. health, social care, housing and the third and independent
sectors).


The Joint Improvement Team (JIT) has a vacancy for a two year secondment
opportunity to co
-
ordinate knowledge management ac
tivity for specific
programmes, including the Reshaping Care and Integration Improvement
Network, Dementia Improvement Programme and European Innovation
Partnership.


The post

holder will support JIT leads in the development and implementation of
knowledge

management and communication strategies to support these
programmes of work and in support to network activities (learning events,
website support, WebEx meetings, e
-
bulletins, general communications and
publications).


We are able to fill this vacancy
on

a secondment basis

only

for a period of two
years.
