Alexander Justham, director of markets and capital markets
sector leader at the Financial Services Authority, will give
his perspective on pending regulatory reforms at both the
European and global level that will affect listed and OTC
derivatives, including commodities. As the head of the FSA’s
markets division, he is responsible for the supervision of market
infrastructure and client assets in the U.K. as well as secondary
markets and wholesale market conduct policy. In addition he
sits on the management board of the European Securities and
Markets Authority and chairs the ESMA standing committee
on secondary markets, and he co-chairs the IOSCO task force
on commodity futures markets.
