DOD Wide Area Work Flow Invoicing System
Would you like to get paid on time more often from your Department of Defense (DOD)
The easiest way to make this happen is to us the Wide Area Work Flow electronic
invoicing system, also known as WAWF, whenever you invoice the government.
have scheduled several WAWF Workshop in the San Diego area.
The first is on Tuesday, July 20
we fill the first workshop and there are still people who wish to attend a session we’ll hold a second
workshop on Wednesday, July 21
which are single day events, will start at 8:30 AM
and run until approximately 4:00 PM.

Creation of the Invoice
on of the Receiving Report
Creation of the Combo
Creation of the 2
How to research documents
How to edit and resubmit documents
How to add or download attachments to your documents
How to void a document if needed
In addition, we’ve now added inform
ation on creation of the Unique Identifier (UID).
You’ll learn how to
create Unique Identifiers and how the information in entered into the WAWF document.
UID’s are fast
becoming a requirement in Department of Defense contracts.
You’ll also learn how th
e RFID identifier is
created and how to enter that information into the WAWF document as well.
The cost for the workshop is $179 (plus tax) per person if paid by June 11
, but will be
$229 (plus tax) after that date.
