socially. We are creatures that do need people. Approach others in a casual manner and invite them
to share who they are and what they do. People like to talk about themselves and w

who lives alone may be a way to

elaxing
is a must in our busy world. The physiologic effect of stress ho

break to treat yourself to a special stretching session. Try a relaxing bubble bath, sit down
time to read, an inspirational poem. Best of all, be still and listen
