Customer

the

entirety

of

the

copyrights

and

the

other

rights

of

property,

including

the

reproduction

rights,

representation,

adaptation,

translation

and

the

right

to

proceed

in

its

own

name

to

any

formality

for

obtaining

and

preservation

of

the

rights

thus

yielded
.

Moreover,

the

Provider

pledges

to

provide

for

the

Customer

and

for

any

person

nominated

by

this

one,

the

assistance

to

fulfill

this

warranty
.


However,

the

provider

and

his

subcontractors

will

remain

in

possession

of

the

knowledge

gained

from

the

experience,

with

the

interdiction

to

immediately

develop

products

with

a

strictly

competing

character
.


The

full

rights

over

the

elements

described

in

the

above

paragraphs
