than 64.5 in the Autumn Semester of Level 3

proceed to Level 4. The Examiners may in their discretion
recommend that a candidate who obtains a weighted mean
grade of not lower than 54.5 be permitted to proceed to Level
4.

A candidate who fails to satisfy the requirements of
