Travel expenses, if applicable, will be charged on cost transfer basis

and work excludes external alignment meetings/workshops

Prices quoted for training/competency programs in this proposal are onl

trainers’ service and training content usage. It excludes


hardcopy training
materials for participants, training facilities, logistics cost, registration,
accommodation etc

For training delivery where training location is outside of Singapore, plea

Terms and Conditions of Consulting Engagement:

The contents of the proposal, these terms and conditions and the engagement
are strictly confidential



If requested by Client, a mutual non

disclosure agreement can be signed by both
parties



NetProfitQuest

retains th
e right to withhold and reclaim any part or deliverable
of this engagement should payment not be received as per these terms and
conditions



NetProfitQuest

requires 30 days notice of cancellation or postponement of work
in order to reallocate Client staffin
g. If the engagement, workshop, or other work
is cancelled at any s
tage after commissioning,

Professional Fees and Billing Terms

Fees quoted by
NetProfitQuest

for services offered remain in effect for 30 days from the
date of the agreement, and are subject to change after that time period. Fees are subject
to change if

the final engagement varies significantly from that contemplated and
outlined in our agreement.


Fees quoted are for professional services only and do not include out

of
-
pocket
expenses such as travel, venue hire or materials preparation. Such expenses wi
ll be
billed at cost. Payment is due upon receipt.
NetProfitQuest

reserves the right to cease
delivery of any service should payments for services be in arrears.


Any GST or any other, fees, or other levies incurred by the Client or by
NetProfitQuest

as
a
result of local laws, codes, customs or practices regardless of origin or jurisdiction are
the sole responsibility of the Client.

Client agrees to pay all such levies and will

not withhold such amounts from
NetProfitQuest

Work Assignment, Cancellation a
nd Liability

NetProfitQuest

requires 30 days notice of cancellation or postponement of work in

All forecasts, analysis, recommendations, etc. whether delivered orally or in

faith and on the basis of information before us
at the time, should be considered

Confidentiality and Exclusivity

and its consultants will not disclose Client confidential information

covering one industry and/or product category are by special mutual arrangement only.
