engines. So adding and editing content has two purposes: search engine placement and helping to
convert visitors into leads.

There are many factors that inf

The process of making it to the first page of Google takes time and cannot be rushed by using tactics
that might get the site b
anned. There are many SEO providers who use such ‘Black Hat’ tactics to
gain their clients quick results that don’t last. SEO should always be considered a long term and
ongoing effort.

For every major keyword phrase the time to get it to first page var
ies significantly. The more
competition there is for a keyword, the longer it takes until a website ‘proves itself’ to Google (and
other major search engines like Yahoo and Bing) as being an important website that is highly relevant
to what searchers are l
ooking for with that keyword or search term.

This should be considered just the start of a long term effort. Getting to the first page of Google does
not mean that you will stay there forever, especially if your competition is active about search engine
ma
rketing. As each competitor updates their website, adds new content, gains new incoming links to
establish their authority, their rank goes up. This can displace your site over time. That is why it is an
ongoing effort that must be managed on a continuous
basis.

In addition to only providing you with SEO, we care about the results you wish to achieve by having
your site found by more people in your target market. As a component of this project, we will be
making some very important site improvements based
on best practices aimed at helping visitors
engage more with your content, visit more pages, and encouraging them to take action.

In regards to SEO, there are two major factors to how a site gets ranked:

business at this starting stage and isolate which pages to target with which which keywords. We
will use this information to manage your sponsored advertising campaign at the same time.

Optimize each page fo
r Title Tag, Keywords Tag, Description Tag (SEO related terms referring to
information that’s important to search engines and search engine users).

c)

Optimize the content on up to 5 core pages, which involves slight editing and formatting changes.

d)

Implement

the proper use of navigation and anchor text links throughout the site to improve
search engine penetration (ensuring the search engine sees, and can rank, what you consider
are the most important pages).


e)

Modify the home page so it is more search engine

friendly. We will need to add and modify some
textual content and perhaps add new images and graphics to the home page so the search
engines have something to read and gleam what your site is about. Also to improve the linking
strategy used on the home pa
ge to deeper pages on the site as well as improving the look and
functionality of the website (this will include the changes discussed in our meeting with the
referral form functionality etc.).

In terms of OFFSITE related services, what we will provide is
the following:

We will set up and manage a link
-
building campaign aimed to increase the site’s authority and ultimately
increase it’s rank/position in the search engine results.

To start we will submit your website to ??? Free Directories (xxx will point t

point to deeper pages of the site).

Link building must be done in a slow, methodical manner. Generating mass amounts of links to the site
one month and then none the next raises a red flag for the search engines.

Responsibilities of XI Digital Corp.:



Agrees to provide first class service.


Agrees to keep confidential any information belonging to
Dr. Brian Abrams

that is not readily
available to the public through other means during the course of this agre
ement and will
specifically not provide any confidential information to any other business entity in direct
competition with
Dr. Brian Abrams
.


Responsibilities of Dr. Brian Abrams:



Agrees to pay XI Digital Corp. the amounts, as per this agreement.


Agrees

to provide content, images, reviews and approvals in a timely manner.


Agrees that if any service requirements change, for any reason, then the pricing will change
respectively.


Agrees to provide XI Digital Corp. with the required access to
Dr. Brian Abram

information as
may be required in order to complete the project.


Guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, videos, designs, trademarks, or other
artwork provided to XI Digital Corp. for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, or tha
t the
client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold
harmless, protect, and defend XI Digital Corp. from any claim or suit arising from the use of such
elements furnished by the client.


Payment Terms




50% deposi
t upon signing this contract to begin the project


50% payment upon completion the of the revised website upload and initiation of link building.


Once our agreed upon initial services are accepted by Dr. Brian Abrams any further changes to our
services co
uld create additional time charges as agreed by both parties.
