The aerial photographic
record shows the road has
existed for at least 75 years.


In a 2008 report to DNER,
Carlos Ramos
-
Scharron
, PhD,
estimated a high erosion rate
from this road and
recommended the installation
of erosion controls.


In November 2010, the VCHT
submitted a proposal to EPA

road will be relocated
