Boundaries
.
Boundaries
of these districts
28
are hereby established as shown on the
29
maps
entitled “Village of Sister Bay Off
i-
30
cial Zoning Map
” which map accompanies
31
and is herein made a part of this chapter.
32
All notations and references shown on the
33
map are as much a part of this chapter as
34
though specifically described herein. This
35
chapter hereby incorporates herein any
36
future c
hanges or any later zoning maps
37
that may be adopted by ordinance of the
38
Village Board
.
39
(b)
The district boundaries
in all districts
, e
x-
40
cept the overlay districts
shall be co
n-
41
strued to follow corporate limits; U.S. Pu
b-
42
lic Land Survey lines; lot or property lines;
43
centerlines of streets, highways, alleys
44
and easements. Where the district
45
boundary is parallel to corporate limits,
46
the centerline or right
-
of
-
way
of a street,
47
the district boundary shall be determined
48
by the dimension noted on the zoning
49
map
, or where said dimension is not no
t-
50
ed, by the scale contained on the zoning
51
map.
52
(c)
Boundaries
of the Wetland
Overlay Di
s-
53
trict
(W
-
1
) are based on the Wisconsin
54
Wetland Inventory Maps
for the Village,
55
dated July 1, 1992 or the most current
56
map. The wetlands included as W
-
1 are
57
those wetlands that are two or more acres
58
in area; and are located within 300 feet of
59
a navigable river, within 1,000 feet of a
60
lake, or within the 100
-
year recurrence i
n-
61
terval floodplain
. These boundaries are
62
for illustrative purposes onl
y. The actual
63
boundaries shall be those established by
64
a field staking of the particular wetland,
65
followed by a survey and legal description
66
of the wetland.
67
(d)
Vacation of public streets
and alleys shall
68
cause the vacated land to be autom
atica
l-
69
ly placed in the same district as the abu
t-
70
ting property to which the vacated land
71
reverts.
72
(e)
Annexations subsequent to the effective
73
date of this chapter shall be placed in the
74
Countryside district (CS
-
1
), unless the
75
ann
exation
chapter temporarily places the
76
land in another district. Within one year,
77
the Plan Commission
shall evaluate and
78
recommend a permanent classification to
79
the Village Board
.
80
(f)
Annexations cont
aining shorelands
shall
81
be governed in the following manner:
82
Pursuant to section 59.971(7) of the Wi
s-
83
consin Statutes
, any annexation
of land
84
after May 7, 1982, which lies within
85
shorelands
,
as defined herein, shall be
86
governed by the provisions of the Door
87
County
Zoning Ordinance until such time
88
that the Village adopts an Ordinance that
89
is at least as restrictive as the Door Cou

90
ty Zoning Ordinance. Said regulations
91
shall be administered and enforced by the
92
Village of Sister Bay Zoning Administr
a-
93
tor
.
94
Sec. 66.0301 Zoning Map
95
A certified copy of the Zoning Map

all temporary uses
that may occur
79
in the Village, any other use which
