Specific  duties/reponsibilities
 
Eletters:
 
Devise  eletter  plan  to  promote  membership,  online  programme,  
books,  events  and  sup
plements.  These  can  be  to  complete  database  
and  to  targeted  sections  plus  to  associated  partners  and  approved  
website  lists.
 
Write  eletters  to  promote  upcoming  events,  books  and  to  push  online  
programme,  plus  encourage  esubs  to  convert  to  members  and  
remin
d  members  of  their  benefits  
to  encourage  loyalty.
 
Manage  a  monthly  ‘nutrition  news  round  up’    written  by  members  
newsletter  editor  and  a  bi
-­‐
monthly  ‘members  eletter’  and  ‘esubs’  
teaser’  

 
ensure  the  stories  in  round  up  are  strong  and  can  be  used  to  
promote
 
products/events.    
 
Creat
e  members  offers  for  bi

Liaise  with  design  agency  to  create  eletters
 
Use  Active  Campaign  (eletter  marketing  software)  to  create,  send  out

through  rates  and  success  of  eletter  campaign.
