In this homework you will learn about serialization and apply it to design

There is an example program available called
QuoteFrame

that produces data, like the below:

s a problem, however. There is no way to change

the list of stocks. You will need to prompt

the user, for the symbols. Use a dialog box and restrict the user to a valid
symbol. Futher, the user should only be prompted with the dialog box for
a date if they

select it. So, you will need a menu

item; Edit:customize

Also, we need menu items file:quit.

When the user sets the symbols, they are updated on the screen.

Your job is to serizalize the symbols into settings. When the user quits,
the Java virtual machin
e exits.
