The study based on functioning the social approach represented
by social capital concept and inconsistence with knowledge
management approach represented by (KMSs) that are united to
achieve organizational excellence. With man objectives development,
his d
esire developed also in cooperation from narrow view to the
expanded view that the completeness and total completeness are not on
society level it self but with the societies interacting there with
rationally and wisely.

Through the observations carried o
ut by the researcher on Iraqi
environment, there is a variation in paying attention to the human
element and the way of his cooperation in comparison with the interest
in physical assets ,and here the wasting of the experiments ,experiences
and innovation

became clean to witness the lose of the accumulated
Knowledge heritance which is the basis of cooperation and societies
development that it must be protected by organization and storage to
sustain the future activities across a web of wide communications
to the
ranges of connection and that easing them and giving these knowledge's
to the coming generations to preclude the wheel re
-
innovation.

the present study based on analytical descriptive method by
using consistent questionnaire built by depending on a
group of world
standard with the depending on a group of statistical means selected to
study the relation and effect between the variables.

Conclusion

there is a number of individual practices that are supported
indirectly in the best situation to maximi
ze the social role in the team
performance and then it limits efficiency on the expense of paging
attention directly to frogmen material assets and that causes the
abilities confusion and looseness.

Recommendation

The most important one is the necessity o
f focusing on human
element that is able to invest what is available of assets and system to
rationalize them and support and develop the general performance.

that adopts the idea of knowledge storage accumulated between
generations and in away that precludes the repeating of mistakes and
predicting them and the willingness to what expected there
