Designing the dc

Performing simulation of the designed converter

(Caspoc).


Performing measurements of voltages and currents

on the real system

Comparing simulated and measured waveforms

Loading the converter with a DC machine. The student can
control the speed of the machine in open loop with the
calculated duty cycle and see changes in waveforms

of voltages and currents.


In advanced version of the design it
will be

possible to perform
programming a micro controller to generate pulses for
the
power converter
.
