Digital Calendar (AT89C2051)

This Project Digital Calendar using Microcontroller is an advanced digital calendar,
which displays the Date, Day, Month over the LED display. It has an 8 bit
Microcontroller which runs on the Program embedded on i
ts ROM. Separate LED's are
provided for the date, day, and month. The system has an battery backup so that it can run
over all the time even during the power failure.

Totally there are 31 LED's for indicating the date and 12 LED's for indicating the Month
and 7 LED's to indicate the day. All the above systems are controlled by the
Microcontroller. In our project we are using the popular 8 bit microcontroller
AT89C2051. It is a 20 pin microcontroller.

The IC to be tested should be placed on the ZIF socket a
nd the Microcontroller prompts
the user to enter the IC number of the chip to be tested. After entering it the
microcontroller will check the IC as per the truth table of the IC which is stored in its
ROM. It will check each aand every pin of the IC and pr
oduce the Output detaily. Like
"Gate 1 is good", "Gate is Bad", "Counter 1 is Good" etc

Microcontroller Based Digital code Lock (AT89C2051)

Security is a prime concern in our day
today life. Everyone wants to be as much secure as
possible. An acc
ess control for doors forms a vital link in a security chain. The
microcontroller based digital lock for Doors is an access control system that allows only
authorized persons to access a restricted area. The system is fully controlled by the 8 bit
troller AT89C2051 which has a 2Kbytes of ROM for the program memory. The
password is stored in the EPROM so that we can change it at any time. The system has a
Keypad by which the password can be entered through it. When the entered password
equals with th
e password stored in the memory then the relay gets on and so that the door
is opened. If we entered a wrong password for more than three times then the Alarm is
switched on.
