Exhibitors Information

A commercial and professional exhibition will be held

parallel to the

symposium
hours.

We wish to maximize the delegate's exposure to the exhibits; for this reason all coffee
breaks will be held in the exhibition area.

Allocation of exhibition space:

Space allocation will be made on a "first come, firs served" basis. A completed
application form accompanied by advance payment should be emailed/ faxed to
ensure
reservation of a desired location.

Upon receipt of the application form with payment, space will be confirmed and an
invoice for the balance due will be mailed. Space allocation will be made in the order
in which application forms with payment are r
eceived. Advance payment will be
refunded if space is fully booked or space offered is not acceptable to exhibitors.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations will be accepted by writing only. Cancellation notice received by
February 17

, 2012 will entitle 50%
reimbursement of the sponsorship payment under
the condition that the allocated space will be rented to another exhibitor. No
reimbursement will be possible after February 17

Travel & Visa information

Climate and Clothing:

The average temperature at this time of the year is around 18 degrees Celsius

(64 °F).

Clothing is informal for all occasions.


Visas:

All visitors are required to have a valid passport and for some countries, a visa is
required. For

more information please contact your nearest Embassy, Consulate or
local travel agency. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if
required.

Security Services:


The security in Israel can be stringent and time consuming; therefore we would like to
offer you the” Security Center Service”. This service will ease your security upon
arrival

and departure at Ben Gurion International Airport. In due course, you will
receive a Confirmation Form & Number that you will show to the Israeli Security.


This service is free of charge. We only need you to fill out the information on the
attached form.


NOTE: If you are flying with an Israeli Airline you can use this service at your
departure airport as well.

Israel has a 230 volt system (220VAC/50HZX). The shape of the plug is round. Most
