WHAT IS YOUR PRICE

Matthew 26:14
-
15 ‘then one of the twelve

the one called Judas Iscariot

went to the chief
priests and asked, What are you willing to give me if I hand him over to you? So they counted out
for him thirty silver coins.’

Judas had a pric
e at which he was willing betray the Lord, do you also have a price at which point
you will ju
st give up and deny your faith. Know this
;

in the last days persecution will be at its highest
and people will just begin to hate the true believers. When it just

becomes simply hard to be a
believer in Jesus, will

you

stand right till the end no matter what the cost is or do you have a price at
which you will deny your faith.

Luke 12:8 says ‘I tell you, whoever acknowledges me before me, the Son of Man will also
a
cknowledge him before the angels of God. But he who disowns me before men will be disowned
before the angels of God.’ Matthew 24:13 says ‘But he who stands firms to the end will be saved.’
Yes my friends in this era you will have to be a believer with a st
rong backbone you cannot be lizard
Christian who gives into even the slightest pressure and denies the Lord. Today I want you to
prepare you for what’s ahead in these the last days. Matthew 24:9
-
10 says ‘Then you will be handed
over to be persecuted and pu
t to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that
time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other.’ Yes this has already
commenced in a mass scale in many nations and it is slowly but surely increasing in S
ri Lanka. So I
ask you again are you willing to give it all for Jesus. Are you willing to even be tortured and beaten
up beyond recognition for the name of Jesus? These things will happen for the simple reason the
spirit of antichrist will be taking root i
n this world and that spirit will cause people to simply hate
believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.
So in circumstances such as this where the threat of death, torture,
prison, starvation, ridicule, insults and injustice loom will you give into the pressure
and go back on
your faith? These are questions that are very pertinent for such a time as this and you should be
asking yourselves these questions.

It is my earnest plea that you will not have a price at which you will deny the Lord. Because 2
Corinthians

4:16
-
18 says ‘Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away
yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving
for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not

on what is seen, but on
what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.’ Yes the persecution
what we may have to endure here on earth is only temporary but what we will have in heaven is
eternity. Hence there is no point of u
s giving up our faith for some temporary relief here on earth
because if we do that we will end up with eternal damnation in the lake of fire. However if we stand
firm till the end no matter how hard it get there awaits for us a crown of righteousness that

the Lord
will award to you on that day (2 Timothy 4:8). So

stand firm, do not give up no matter how hard it
becomes to live as a child of God.

God bless you.
