PUBLIC COMMENT:
Leo Mathews, 189 Westside Road
, Lehighton
Property dispute with neighbor
, claiming adverse possession of his prop
erty. The Boards
advised
that this is not a
township matter and should seek
an attorney.
Jim Hower, TPEI
Mr. Hower was before the Board looking for explanation as to w
hy he would need to apply for a
conditional use
application when they have been in exist
ence for thirty years.
Operating
as an industrial business
since
1986 until now
without being permitted.

this
surfaced over submittal of land development
