Land
Economics

Dru
has
been

Broker

1997
.
His
first
license
was
obtained
in
California
and
was
held
until
he
gave
it
up
in
2009
deciding
that
he
no
longer
needed
it
.
In
1997
Dru
began
a
career
in
property
management
.
He
worked
for
Cook
Realty
Property
Management
and
then
Sacramento
Delta
Property
Management
while
living
in
Sacramento
California
.
In
2004
he
relocated
to
Texas
and
soon
obtained
a
Texas
broker
license
.
After
brief
experiments
in
a
couple
other
fields
of
real
estate
Dru
went
back
into
property
management
.
In
2006
he
began
working
for
Hendricks
Property
Management
as
a
property
manager
.
In
2009
he
became
their
General
Manager
.
In
summer
of
2014
Dru
left
Hendricks
to
form
his
own
company
