Level Platforms Delivers Salesforce.com Integration for MSPs

Ottawa, ON, Canada, September 18th, 2012 – LPI Level Platforms Inc., developer of
Managed Workplace a leading remote monitoring and management (RMM) software
application used by thousands of managed service providers (MSPs) globally, today
announced a deep integration with Salesforce.com. Now available, the Salesforce.Com
Service Desk Module provides full two-way case and device synchronization between
Managed Workplace and the Salesforce.com cloud to help Level Platforms Partners simplify,
streamline and automate their IT service operations.

fully supporting the sophisticated customization capabilities of the platform so our Partners

Platforms. “For example, by enabling surfacing of custom Salesforce.com objects for alerts
and devices these business objects flow seamlessly into all Salesforce.com workflows
around case and device management. This allows our Partners to fully monitor and manage

Managed Workplace.”
With the Salesforce.Com Service Desk Module, Level Platforms Partners can easily
synchronize information between devices, link Managed Workplace sites and Salesforce.com
accounts, and coordinate ticket and case assignments. As a result, MSPs using
Salesforce.com no longer have to mine critical operational data from multiple sources.
Instead, Managed Workplace collects the information and feeds it into Salesforce.com,
where it can be addressed by the relevant elements of the business, from trouble ticket
identification and resolution to billing and reporting. This provides MSPs with improved
workflows to increase efficiencies and streamline operations.
