This visa application requires evidence of sufficient funds to maintain and accommodate you while in the
UK. You will need to provide original bank statements and not copies or electronic versions.





NOTE:



A student relying on
money held by his/her parents(s)/legal guardian must show that he/she is related to his/her
parent(s)/legal guardian by providing an original legal document or a notarised copy of one of the following
documents:

* The student’s birth certificate showing na
mes of his/her parent(s);

* The student's certificate of adoption showing names of both parent(s) or legal guardian
(s)
;

* A court document naming the legal guardian of the student.


You must also show that your parent(s)

STEP
3
: Draft review

I
f required, I

will send you a draft version of your application along with my notes and the answers to any
questions you wrote on your application. I will also

provide a cover letter for your application of which you can use
as a check list for the supporting documents.

STEP
4
: Payment of the British High Commission fee

When the entry clearance criteria have been satisfied I will proceed to submit your applicati
on via the UK Border
Agency online portal. This will require the payment of a fee to the British High Commission. I will provide you with
the details for how to make this payment at that time. The application date is the date that you make your
payment. Th
e start date for your visa can be post
-
dated by a maximum of three months from the application
date.


STEP
5
: Your Biometrics Appointment

All applicants over 5 years of age are required to provide biometric information as part of the application process.
This process is to provide fingerprints by having them scanned, and to have a digital photograph taken. A
biometrics appointment is required and is held in Syd
ney, Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and

Canberra. I will
reserve you a biometrics appointment at a ti
me, date and location that you nominate. Your payment of the fee in
step 5 will confirm that appointment and allow for you to print your paper version of the visa application as well as
your Biometrics appointment reservation. You must take a paper copy of

the finalised
Application for United
Kingdom Entry Clearance form

and the
Biometrics Appointment Booking Confirmation form

along with
your
current passport

to the biometrics appointment.


STEP
6
: Lodgement of the application and supporting documents

After

the biometrics data has been captured you must post all of these documents and all of the supporting
documents listed on the cover letter to the UK Border Agency for processing. I will provide you with the final
version of the cover letter and postal deli
very details at that time. All supporting documents provided with your
application should be original documents.


Important Notes:

In order to lodge your application for approval you will need to purchase 2 x Platinum Express Post
Satchels (that have a
tracking number and require a signature fo
r delivery) from Australia Post. You will
also need to have

2 x recently taken colour passport sized photos attached to your application. After the
biometrics appointment you must send the completed visa applicatio
n and original documents inside
one of the platinum express post

satchels.
Put your delivery address on the second satchel for the return
of your passport and documents to you. Be sure to RETAIN THE TRACKING NUMBER.
