Manager. During his time there, Chris was highly successful with project consulting throughout the
Southern Pacific Region.

MALT SUPPER CLUB – Opened: November 2010
The Malt Supper Club is an exciting addition to the Perth bar scene, with dark mood lighting and live
music piped throughout, rivaling the best in town as the most stylish and opulent venues around. The
two-storey supper club is located on Beaufort Street, Mt Lawley, featuring several different rooms
and bars all decadently decked out with amazing wallpapers, chandeliers and fabulous fittings.

KINGSWAY BAR AND BISTRO – Opened: October 2010
The Kingsway Bar & Bistro Tavern is located in Kingsway, Darch and is family owned and operated
with excellence in great food and outstanding service. The Kingsway has an extensive Pub Tab, along
with live bands to entertain on weekends. The Tavern also has an extensive and affordable wine list
with an outstanding lush outdoor area for meals, entertaining and private functions.

GENEROUS SQUIRE – Opened: Late 2009
The Generous Squire is a new and unique gastro-pub which houses a commercial kitchen and
microbrewery on the Murray Street corner of the popular Shafto Lane in the Perth CBD.

ELANORA’S CAFÉ – Opened: August 2009
The Rockingham Kwinana Ladies Auxiliary and Rockingham Hospital administration staff joined forces
in which to re-develop their café while maintaining a food operation in a temporary facility. The café
continues to successfully operate today and are run totally by volunteers.

PAUL’S 4 PROVISIONS – New Areas Opened: Mid 2009
On St Georges Terrace, in the heart of Perth CBD. New Commercial Kitchen, newly refurbished cafe

Jimmy Deans Diner Armadale is a fully licensed American style, Hollywood themed diner with an

Hobsons Gate Bar & Brasserie is located at 14 Hobsons Gate, Currambine WA. The proposed Tavern
will be very much a venue where families can resort to in a safe, social, relaxed and comfortable
environment. The style of service will be friendly and professional with table service available and the
opportunity to order drinks from any of the bars.

QUARIE BAR AND BISTRO (2011)
The concept of the Quarie Bar and Bistro is a modern contemporary family tavern with a seafood
focus. The Tavern will be comprised of the following elements;

The Duchess will be located at the Gugeri Street entrance of Central Lane at Claremont Quarter. The
design of the bar will be modern with an upmarket feel catering to the specific needs of the 25 plus
age group. The focus of the bar will be on premium wines (Local, Australian, and Import), boutique
beers & premium spirits and cocktails complimented by gourmet pizzas and light tapas style food.
The venue will offer patrons specifically designed mood lighting and background music to ensure the
perfect intimate atmosphere for relaxing with small groups of friends or functions.
