mmbi
, Inc. aims to launch its mobile multimedia
broadcasting service to
Smartphones

with ISDB
-
Tmm

receivers in major
Japanese cities such as Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Okinawa in
April 2012. The service expects subscription starting around USD 4/Mo.




Shareholders include mobile network operator NTT DOCOMO, Inc.
(owns 51%), Fuji Television Network, Inc., Nippon Broadcasting System,
Incorporated, SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation, Itochu Corporation, Nippon
Television Network Corporation, Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings,
