COURSE ABSTRACT
This course is about IBM DB2 LUW v10.5. Combining the important topics from four
IBM courses, we have created one 4 day high intensity learning experience.
Through lectures and labs, we explore the DB2 architecture, data structures, indexes
and new v10 features. The students will use DB2, program functions and procedures
while learning how and when to index as well as control data consistency. Tools will
be used for programming, quering, monitoring and evaluating query performance.
