WORK FOR HIRE AGREEMENT: Search Engine Marketing

This Work for Hire Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective as of __________, 2012, by
and between __________________________________________________________________,
(name and full address)
and genusSystems, LLC, of P.O. Box 932, Silverdale, Washington 98383. In this Agreement,
the party who is contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as "Religious
Organization", and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as "gS".

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Beginning on ________________, 2012, gS will provide
the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) services for content development of the proposed
Religious Organization website. The services provided will be for analyzing home
page of current website for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including; keyword
analysis and strategy, search engine optimized copy based on our keyword analysis
and strategy & copy for the keyword, description, title, H1 and H2 tags. Additional
services as spelled out per the attached "Additional Services Fee Schedule".

2. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. Religious Organization will pay compensation to gS for the
Services in the total amounts as described in 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES as follows:

Compensation for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) SEO services for content
development of Religious Organization website of $250. This compensation shall be
payable in a lump sum in one single payment as soon as agreement is signed by
Religious Organization. Additional Services will be charged per the attached
"Additional Services Fee Schedule".

3. TERM/TERMINATION. This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days
written notice to the other party.

4. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES. It is understood by the parties that gS is an independent
contractor with respect to Religious Organization, and not an employee of Religious
Organization. Religious Organization will not provide fringe benefits, including health
insurance benefits, paid vacation, or any other employee benefit, for the benefit of gS.

5. WORK PRODUCT OWNERSHIP. Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries,
inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the "Work Product") developed
in whole or in part by gS in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of
Religious Organization. Upon request, gS shall sign all documents necessary to confirm or
perfect the exclusive ownership of Religious Organization to the Work Product.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY. gS will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or
indirectly, use for the personal benefit of gS, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner
any information that is proprietary to Religious Organization. gS will protect such information
and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the
termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, gS will return to Religious
Organization all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or

controlled by gS during the term of this Agreement.

7. INJURIES. gS acknowledges gS's obligation to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for
the benefit of gS (and gS's employees, if any). gS waives any rights to recovery from Religious
Organization for any injuries that gS (and/or gS's employees) may sustain while performing
services under this Agreement and that are a result of the negligence of gS or gS's employees.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and
there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.

9. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or
unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and
enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but
that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall
be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

10. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
