Excellence in Delivery - Benefits
The Excellence in Delivery (EiD) programme is re-engineering and streamlining operations.
Now live across 12 sites, it is introducing new ways of working across four core aspects of
operations - production, engineering, supply chain and winning new business. It will also
deliver a new Group-wide IT system that will revolutionise how Cobham runs its business,
as well as integrating some of The Groups operations into 14 principal locations.
EiD is vitally important for Cobham; getting the company in shape for the future and pro

viding a solid foundation on which to build future success.
EiD consists of three core components:
1) The implementation of a Standard Operating Framework (SOF) across a set of Principal Locations
2) The rationalisation and integration of manufacturing sites
3) The implementation of a standard Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
