Agreed changes are to be documented by Web Services and form part of the project scope and will require
further specific acceptance by the client.

lient Approval Process:

The reporting relationship,
decision makers and the client’s internal approval process form part of this
agreement and must be noted

. Changes to the approval process must be notified in writing.


Image supply or generatio
n:

It is the clients responsibility to ensure images supplied to Corporate Web Services have the necessary
copyright clearance or be copyright free. Images not copyright free must be advised and have applicable
notes regarding usage rights and clearances
from the copyright owner.


Content development:

enclosed
quote does not include any allowance for internal content development

unless otherwise
specified.
Internal content
is normally
upl
oaded directly to the website by the client using the UQ Conte
nt
Management System (UQCMS). Training is provided.


It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any content including video and audio material
contained on the site and that appropriate permissions regarding copyright and usage are obtai
ned.


Intellectual Property:

The University of Queensland retain the rights to all code, design and templates developed for this project
including brand identity. Material is not to be supplied to third parties without the express written
permission of Corporate Web Services.
