C system with various B4C particle sizes. The formation mechanism of TiC and TiB2 in the
locally reinforced regions was investigated. The results showed that TiC and TiB2 are formed and precipitated
from Al
-
Ti
-
B
-
C melt resulting from the dissociation of B4
C into Al
-
Ti melt when the concentrations of B and C
atoms in the Al
-
Ti
-
B
-
C melt become saturated. However, in the case of coarse B4C powders (>= 40 mu m) used,
the primary reaction in the Al
-
Ti
-
B
-
C melt is quite limited due to the poor dissociation of B4C
. The poured steel
melt infiltrates into the primary reaction product and thus leads to the formation of Al
-
Fe
-
Ti
-
B
-
C melt, thanks to
the favorable reaction of molten Fe with remnant B4C, and then TiC and TiB2 are further formed and precipitated
from the s
aturated Al
-
Fe
-
Ti
-
B
-
C melt. The relationship between the mechanisms of thermal explosion (TE)

d the frequency analysis of the brake judder was also performed. The frequency response functions
of the steering system were measured in order to understand the cause of the brake judder. Meanwhile, the
multibody system dynamics model of the test vehicle
was created with a flexible body and steering system. The
brake torque calculated with the brake fluid pressure of the brake pipe in the brake judder test was exerted on the
brake systems. The simulated accelerations of the steering wheel were calculated a
t three different directions, and
the frequency analysis of the brake judder was also presented. The design of experiment was presented in order to
reduce the brake judder and improve the comfort of the vehicle. An orthogonal array table was designed with
13
factors and 3 levels. The optimum combination was confirmed. The brake judder was also simulated, and the
accelerations of the steering wheel were also calculated. Furthermore, the optimization results were verified by the
brake judder test. The verific
ation of the optimization indicates that the optimization results are correct and
effective.

: Die service life improvement is an important problem in high

pressure die

casting industry. Experiment
results o
n die steel shows that biomimetic laser
-
remelting process provides a promising method to improve the
service life of die
-
casting die. A casting with uneven wall thickness was selected and problems existing in
die
-
casting production were analyzed. The corre
sponding die
-
casting die was processed by biomimetic
laser
-
remelting process. The application result indicates that the service life of the die processed by biomimetic
laser
-
remelting process has been increased from 12,000 to 28,000 shots, which is more th
an twice that of no
processed one under real high
-
pressure die
-
casting conditions. The application of laser
-
remelting process provides
desirable micro
-
structural changes in biomimetic units, which induces the intensified particles effect for improving
the
service life.

摘要
: Stability, electronic and magnetic properties of triangular graphene
nanoflakes embedded in graphane
(graphane
-
embedded TGNFs) are investigated by density functional theory. It is found that the interface between
the embedded TGNF and graphane is stable since the diffusion of H atoms from the graphane region to the
embedded

TGNF is energetically unfavorable with high energy barriers. The electronic and magnetic properties of
the system completely depend on the embedded TGNF. The band gaps of graphane
-
embedded ATGNFs
(armchair
-
edged TGNFs) arise due to the quantum confinement
, while the special characteristics of nonbonding
states of graphane
-
embedded ZTGNFs (zigzag
-
edged TGNFs) play an important role in their electronic properties.
As the edge sizes increase, the differences of band gaps between graphane
-
embedded TGNFs and th
e isolated ones
decrease. Furthermore, owing to the partially paired p(z) orbitals of edge C atoms, graphane
-
embedded ZTGNFs
exhibit a ferrimagnetic ground state with size
-
dependant total spin being consistent with Lieb's theorem. Our work
provides a possi
ble way to obtain TGNFs without physical cutting.

㨠The e汥l瑲tn楣⁳瑲ic瑵牥猠snd band gap猠sf 獩汩cene ⡴he S椠ana汯gue of g牡phene⤠ad獯rbed w楴h halogen
elements are studied using the density functional theory based screened excha
nge local density approximation
method. It is found that the band gaps of silicene adsorbed with F, Cl, Br and I have a nonmonotonic change as the
periodic number of the halogen elements increases. This is attributed to the transfer of contributions to ban
d gaps
from Si
-
Si bonding to Si
-
halogen bonding.
