Research Interests

My research interests are related to various motion perception problems, i
ncluding the basic processes in the
perception of three
-
dimensional motion, shape and their relationship, using unconventional cameras (e.g. compound
eye), independent motion detection aka motion segmentation, change detection. I have also applied these fi
ndings
in motion research to various application areas, such as navigation, video indexing, etc. Recently I am exploring the
use of compressive sensing and sparse signal representation to various imaging problems.
