Biography:
Rasha Khayyat, Ph.D is a microbiologist and a virologist with a background in pharmacy.
During her
Ph.D research at the University Paris
-
Sud.
S
he studied rotavirus, in particular the mechanisms
underlying its interaction with the host cell and its entry mechanism into the cell.
Since 2012, she is a
lecturer at the Medicine and Health Sciences Faculty of An
-
Najah National University in Nabl
us,
Palestine.
She teaches undergraduates
and graduates
, medical and pharmacy students virology,
immunology, medical analysis laboratory, microbiology and biotherapy.
She is participating in
research on Enterobacteria and Shigella antibiotic resistance i
n Palestine.
She is also the
