OPT FOR NOTHING LESS THAN
QUALITY

 Quality first

Your investment tracks a basket of 30 international blue-chip shares
issued by sustainable and socially responsible companies. These
quality stocks are issued by companies with a high-quality management
team, a solid long-term vision, a healthy balance sheet and a share price
with considerable upside potential.

 100% of any change in the value of the share basket
At maturity, you will receive 100% of any change (increase or decrease) in the value of the
basket of shares, with any capital gain capped at 50%* and any capital loss limited to -10%**.

A tax-advantaged investment: capital gains are exempt from withholding tax

At least
90% of the initial amount
invested will be repaid at maturity (900 EUR
of 1 000 EUR invested, before charges). In the least favourable stock-market scenario, you can
thus lose maximum 10% of your capital invested.

No exchange rate risk
* Max. 10.69% yield to maturity, before charges.
** Min. -2.61% yield to maturity, before charges.
