THE OFFICE TOWER


The proposed 15

storey office tower (known as Block C) will sit next to the apartment building and retail shops
and thus it will be truly complemented by the residential and commercial components.


The office populace will have the advantage of having a home next to their office whilst the commercial shops
address the immediate needs of the surrounding population apart from offering street life activities.


In addition to that, the introduction of lush landscaping, pedestrian walkways, streets and clubhouse facilities,
