with over 350 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions

SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou opens for business
next Wednesday at the China Import and Export Fair Complex.
Running for three days from 9 – 11 March 2011, the dynamic
second edition features over 350 exhibitors from 15 countries and
regions including Australia, China, Finland, France, Germany, India,
Italy, Japan, Korea, Slovenia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, the UK
and the USA.

Impressively, the fair returns 50% larger – to now cover an area of
30,000 sqm. Big name brands taking advantage of the additional
exhibition space to present more business-boosting innovations
include Banner, Beckhoff, Elco, GSK, Harting, Kuebler, Lenze,
Leuze, National Instruments, Pepperl Fuchs, Phoenix Contact,
Samick, Schmersal, Sick, Weidmuller, Wieland and Yaskawa.


Well aware of the importance of the South China market, Siemens
has again taken up the largest stand at the fair. On more than 250
sqm, the company will present a diversity of sophisticated
applications.

AMA Pavilion
Organised by the German-based AMA Association for Sensor
Technology (AMA Association), companies participating in this
pavilion include J Dittrich Elektronik GmbH & Co, KG and Lase
GmbH. Buyers of applied sensor technology from the automation,
automotive, medical and renewable energy sectors requiring
ground-breaking sensory applications will find this area of particular
interest.

TEEMA Pavilion
Visitors to this area will find an innovative array of HMI’s, servo
electrical machinery and encoders. Organised by the Taiwan
Electronical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association, the pavilion
brings together many renowned Taiwanese brands including Conch
Electronic Co Ltd, Dinkle International Co Ltd, Honest Sensor, Pin
Hong Technology Co Ltd and Three Men Motion Tech Ltd.

Robotics Pavilion
The Robotics Association of Taiwan organised this pavilion to
showcase the latest wave of applications in industrial robotics.
Exhibit highlights include a humanoid robot kit by Shayang Ye
Industrial Co Ltd, a single axis robot by Hiwin Technologies Corp
and a roboard by DMP Electronics. Delegates participating in the
VIP Buyer group organised by the Robotics Association of Taiwan
along with manufacturers requiring more precise and efficient work
systems will be drawn to this area.

Servo and Control Pavilion
This pavilion is organised by

Chinese website dedicated to the servo and control industry. Buyers
visiting this area will find many domestic suppliers of servo and
motion control technology.

Held together with the fair is a comprehensive fringe programme
made up of seminars and forums. Special highlights include:

Association
