Printed page volume to reac
h 1.2 trillion in the US by 2015, says IDC research


A new research from
International Data Corporation

indicates that although print volume will
remain relatively flat between 2010 a
nd 2015 (0.1 percent CAGR), combined US printer and
multifunction peripheral (MFP) page volume will reach 1.2 trillion at the end of the forecast period.
According to IDC, MFPs are winning the print volume race as users move away from single function
print
ers and embrace the benefits and flexibility of multifunction devices.
