Cloud & Middleware Sales Leader

Responsible for Middleware services growth by selling Middleware services and achieving
the financial targets in signings, revenue, and gross profit. Measured on performance, team
performance, and most importantly on individual contribution in the assigned

territory and
accounts.

This requires the ability to be a strong leader across four key areas
.

Develop and continual strengthen their knowledge of the Middleware portfolio: Middleware
Integration (Websphere, etc), Service Management (Tivoli), Information
OnDemand
(DB2/Oracle), Performance Management & Testing Services and Smart Business
Development/Test Cloud. Ability to leverage knowledge in combination with client facing
selling skills to be an effective and credible seller.

Develop ongoing business rela
tionships across key clients and position themselves to
identify and qualify solution opportunities to meet their business needs that impact their
financial success. This requires disciplined territory management skills to drive the
opportunity identificat
ion mission by pro
-
actively running campaigns, initiatives, and
programs to create current and future pipeline, especially in the key play areas.

Work closely with the client team


and leaders and other brand counterparts to identify
Middleware opportunit
ies and ensure all other opportunities include Middleware offerings.
This requires the pro
-
active development and maintenance of a strong internal network.

Ability to collaborate with and manage a large and complex extended team of resources as
part of the

solution design, solution assurance, SOW development & negotiation, and
services delivery activities.
