A first come (registration and payment), first serve basis will be observed on reservation, area positioning and judging.

Any vehicle or competitor ar
riving after the allotted ingress time will automatically be disqualified from competition. Registration fee
will not be refunded.

No commercial

or product selling for participants will be allowed during the event.

Organizers’ has the right to remove banners or
any marketing paraphernalia that is not registered as corporate partner of the event. No merchandising of commercial partner

of
the part
icipant.



Tarpaulin or banner displays of car clubs/participants/exhibitors should be located within their paid car slot area only. It

is NOT
the responsibility of the organizer to install/remove or store participants/exhibitors the banner/s.

ONLY banners

for the car clubs’
name are only allowed. Again, no commercial banner or marketing paraphernalia within the area/vicinity.



Participants will be held responsible for the general area they will occupy including plants/trees, wall, post, flooring and
other
p
roperties of
SM Mall of Asia

In the spirit of friendly competition and sportsmanship, participant shall conform to the judges/organizers’ decision on the
results of

awarding of the carshow.



Carshow venue or area should be cleared of any personnel at 12 midnight or 12am until 8am of December 4, 2011. Only security

employees of the organizers are allowed to stay inside the perimeter of the venue. For private security

assistance, please inform
the organizers.

ctricity starts at Php 500 per 1
kva. Please inform organizers one week prior to the event for this service.

o

Tapping of any electricity without proper authorization, request or approval shall be billed

at a minimum rate of Php
5,000 per outlet.
