WARRANTY STATEMENT

If during the warranty period it is found that a Product bought from Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB is defective, it should

be
delivered to the
manufacturer authorised
service centre. A list of official service centres may be found
below
. If the Product’s
manufacturer does not have a service centre in Lithuania, the after
-
sales service is provided by Servisa ICT UAB.

Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB does not take any liability for the activity of warranty repair
centres.

The clauses below apply only to the Products the after
-
sales service of which is performed by Servisa ICT UAB not as the
manufacturer’s authorised service centre, but as the authorised service partner of Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB.

I.

The
Produ
ct is repaired or replaced

if all of the following statements about the defective Product are correct:

1.

The Product has been bought from Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB.

2.

The warranty period of the Product has not expired.
A

warranty period is calculated fr
om the issue of the VAT invoice,
unless the Electronic System of Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB provides for
any
other warranty terms and
conditions.

If there is a difference

between the warranty period indicated in the Electronic System and the one indi
cated
by the Product manufacturer, the warranty period indicated in the Electronic System shall prevail. If a warranty period is
not indicated for individual Products and/or supplies, the warranty is not applied to such Products and/or supplies.

3.

The
Product is defective.

4.

The defects have

been caused
through

the fault of the manufacturer or Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB, and the
Customer has not been notified thereof.

5.

The Product has been used correctly and for the inte
nded

purpose.

6.

The Product has
no physical damages.

7.

The defects of the Product have not been caused by external and/or environmental factors such as fluids, dust, lightning,
voltage fluctuations in power systems, chemical substances, different electromagnetic fields, except for the case
s where,
according to the manufacturer’s specification, the Product must be resistant to such factors.

8.

The defects of the Product have been caused through no fault of the Customer, end Customer
s

or

any other persons and
are not

a result

the regular wear an
d tear.

II.

If Servisa ICT UAB (
the
authorised service partner of Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB) is not able to repair the defective
Product:

1.

Servisa ICT UAB replace
s

the defective product

with
another product

of the same type or, i
f agreed with the
Customer,
by another Product

the qualities of which are not worse th
an the qualities of the Product

to be replaced.

2.

A

new warranty period
is not

provided to the replaced Product or
its component. The replaced Product or its component
is subject to the warr
anty period e
stablished for the
original Product or its component.

3.

If Servisa ICT UAB is not able to
fulfil the obligations set in

point
II.1
, Acme kompiuterių komponentai UAB reimburse

the total val

e of the Product

as follows

The total price is
reimbursed u
p to 3 m
onths from the purchase of the Product
. Later on the wear and tear
is

calculated
as follows:

in case of a 36
-
month warranty: 4.5% per month;

in case of a 24
-
month warranty: 7% per month;

in case of a 12
-
month warranty: 14% per month.

Th
e lowest residual value of the Product
is

15%.


REPLACEMENT
PROCEDURE FOR
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

I.

The defective Product is registered in the Electronic System of Acme kompiuterių komponentai

UAB at

https://acc.acme.eu

Register a new product
.

II.

Every
registered Product receives a
n

RMA number.

III.

Transportation of the Products the
after
-
sales

service of which is performed by Servisa ICT UAB not as the manufacturer’s
authorised service centre, but as the authorised service partner of Acme kompiuterių
komponentai U
AB is covered by the
Customer of

the Product.

IV.

If the Product is not delivered to Servisa ICT UAB within 30 days,
RMA will be automatically deleted by
the

system
.

V.

The repaired/replaced Product is returned to the Customer free of charge.

IF A DO

MANUFACTURER AUTHORISED
SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING THE
REPLACEMENT OF
THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED
, such
a
document
must be in compliance with

the

rules applicable to
the write
-
off of the defective Product established by the manufacturer. The Product accompanied by such
a
document (or this
document only, if the Product, according to the manufacturer’
s rules, remains in the authoris
ed service centre) shall be subject to
the repla
cement procedure for defective products above.
