Task Force will conduct a comprehensive review of the
Achieving Classroom Excellence Act of 2005 and

the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives by
November 30, 2009.


Report shall include findings and recommendations for any
statutory or regulatory changes necessary to improve the
Achieving Classroom Excellence Act of 2005.
